About Jason
Jason brings a different approach to helping clients with buying and selling their homes. As a real estate investor of over ten years, Jason understands that a house can be a home, but it’s also one of the most expensive investments you can make. In order to make sure your investment is a good one, he knows it's of utmost importance to understand demographics, local economy, causes of market fluctuations, and a host of other external influences on housing prices.
Jason also has a healthy amount of knowledge about construction, rehab, and renovations. He's done everything from simple flooring and paint renovations, to full gut rehabilitations. With this knowledge, he's developed an eye for seeing possibilities in houses that others miss. Moving a wall, or adding a bathroom might be easier than you think, and could turn a property into a more functional and valuable asset.
